• Within the project XBS [eXtended Booking System] created the specifications for the applications closing (account statements) and output (delivery of correspondence).
• Led 3 team members and implemented successfully the application. Coordinated the development and tests of XBS and ensured high quality.
• Enforced compliance with the standards (architecture, project approach, SOX and CMMI), what made the future maintenance easier and reduces costs.
• Managing the project for these parts of the application, thus relieving the project manager substantially. The deployment took place within time and money.

Chief Programmer – Global Support (CI)

• In Global Support and Communication within Client Information coordinated the introduction of releases.
• Advise and assist the business representatives.
• SPOC (single point of contact) for circa 250 Software-Developer. Enforced compliance with the programming standards and conducted code reviews. Massive increase in the quality and performance achieved.
• Project management, from design to implementation, of various smaller projects within the project. Coordination of several employees and teams. Management of testing and handover to production. Successfully coordinated the multi-tenancy again.

Executive Consultant IT Management (Switzerland)

• Created a communication concept incorporating a newly designed internet presence and the existing infrastructure.
• Implemented the communication definitions and parts of the website.

Project Manager – Output Management (SSP)

• Within SSP rolled out various projects successfully. This includes the multi-tenancy for Investment Bank USA, the creation of eStatements, implementation of a workflow management engine, creation of output viewing and ensuring the delivery of data to the management information system.
• As a software engineer designed and coded an application framework.

Analyst / Programmer – annuity computation

• While the implementation of a new administration system (standard software), the old systems had to be kept alive. Appointed directly by the IT manager, the annuity computation and the creation of certificates had to be adapted to new facts, tested and passed into production.

Project Manager – New SWIFT

Credit Suisse (Private Banking) AG, Zürich for EFT LLC

• As project manager responsible for the introduction of the new SWIFT message types MT540-MT549 (multiparty routing logic generation) in order to further enable securities transfers.
• Here the key to success was primarily the clear coordination of the different technical groups and committees.

Analyst / Programmer – Custody business

Credit Suisse (Private Banking), Zürich for EFT LLC

• In the project DEGA as Analyst/Programmer analyzed and modeled the business processes (street side custody and clearing jobs).
• Design of real-time process execution and successful integration into the productive workflow infrastructure of Credit Suisse.

Project Manager – Interbank platform (IBP)

Zürcher Kantonalbank, Zürich for IfB corporation

• Rolled out successfully the two Releases of the project IBP (Interbank platform). Project size: Rel. 1: 1M CHF, Rel. 2: 3M CHF).
• Managed the project team of 10 people.
• Established an information exchange with similar projects in other banks.
• The 1st Release (automatic accounting of the ec transactions delivered by) was rolled out in time and money. At first the performance had to be optimized (DB2 V3: Load of the transactions from Payserv and online exception handling by user).
• The 2nd Release (automatic accounting of DTA and LSV transactions) started delayed but was introduced within the cost specifications.
• The optimal allocation of resources with the goal of a smallest delay possible made the planning of the second Release very demanding.

Project Manager – EIS Controlling

• Created a new data warehouse and an EIS (Executive Information Systems) "Controlling".
• Evaluation of standard software.
• Collaboration with Group management and reporting directly to the IT Management.

• The pilot version was realized with SAS. This was then replaced with another standard software.
